Sites of Power, Interviewee

I FEEL POWERFUL WHEN my circle holds me accountable. I like to do goal/intention setting and I practice this by writing these items down or sharing them with my team. Just knowing that they are watching and cheering me on makes me feel invincible because not only am I running to my goals, they are pushing me as well and I refuse to let them or myself down.

I FEEL POWERFUL WHEN I am in my element of life or calling, using my gifts and talents, when I am giving of myself freely, and when I am learning.

When I am standing up against injustice, bullies, confronting disrespect, standing up for myself, or protecting others, I feel powerful.

I FEEL POWERFUL WHEN ... I make decisions that benefit me. That self-love, self care, and owning my desires is like drinking miracle water.

I FEEL POWERFUL WHEN I acknowledge the perfection of my existence, when I connect with Divine source, and when I fully express my ideals.

In Community

We feel powerful when we give ourselves the space to reimagine what is possible in museums. When we aren't afraid to innovative and expand our and others understanding of anti-racism and how exhibitions can further that work.
